Outlook Express for Macintosh

Step One:

The first step we need to do, is to locate your Outlook Express program and then open it.

The first screen that you see should look similar to this:

Step Two:

Once Outlook Express has opened up, click on the Preferences tab. This will open up a new window that lets us configure the program.

When you open the preferences menu, it should look similar to this picture:

Step Three:

Fill out all the necessary information along the same guidelines that are present in the picture.

Full Name: Your name
E-mail Address: This is yourusername@torchlake.com
SMTP Server: This is exactly how it is listed in the picture: mail.torchlake.com
Account ID: This is your username
Save Password and Password: You can check the Save Password box to make the program save your password for future log-in - this is your own personal preference (we recommend that you check this box) and for the password, you need to type in the password you requested at signup.

Once you have all the blanks filled in - click Ok and you have successfully configured the Outlook Express program for usage.
