Will I receive monthly statements in the mail?

You will only receive statements if you pay in increments of 3, 6 or 12 months. You will also receive a statement the first month you sign up. Regardless of how you pay, you will be getting e-mail statements.

What happens if I go on vacation for a month or longer?

Call us so we can make the changes in our billing software. If you are paid in advance, you will be credited for the amount of time you are gone.

What happens when I am late sending in a payment?

Our computer will disable your access if you are late for more than a few days. If this happens, you can give us a call to extend your access time. Please note: there is a $3 late fee for delinquint payments.

Why do I get an email saying I have got a credit?

If you pay the monthly rate of $17 and have paid in advance, you will get a credit statement instead of a bill.
